PMC Volleyball Falls to Fort Kent

The Pine Manor Gators Volleyball Team fell in a double header on Sunday to the University of Maine Fort Kent. The Gators had a rough time against the Bengals offense and their serves.  The Gators lost both matches 0-3, but put up a fight on defense against Fort Kent's front line.

The Bengals offense came from Juniors Brianna Krystef with 13 kills and Kriston Hilkey with 13 kills.  Junior setter Selina Castro had 45 assists while Senior libero Tiara Nolen added 10 service aces and 15 digs for the day. Fort Kent improves their record to 16-5 and will play against the University of Maine Machias Clippers on Saturday Oct 10th at 12PM at Fort Kent

The Gators were led by Senior middle Natasia Franklin with 7 kills leading the offense, Senior libero Carline Kirksey-Almond with 25 digs, and Sophomore setter Ashely Whiteshield with 2 kills, 4 assists, and 14 digs.  The PMC Gators fall to 3-10 and their next challenge will be home against Elms College on Tuesday the 29th at 7PM.
