Gators Drop Home Game Against Daniel Webster

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The contest was evenly played even though the Gators started out of the gates slowly trailing 4-0 at the end of the opening half. The second half started off quickly for Amanda Dargie as she scored two goals within the first fifteen minutes until PMC connected on their only goal by junior Elizabeth Anderson assisted by sophomore Cadejia Matthews-Austin.

The Gators were led by Anderson and Ashely Whiteshield, each with 3 shots on goal apiece to go with Matthews-Austin's lone attempt.

The Eagles outshot their opponents 23-10, with the bulk of the scoring coming from Dargie who led the way with six goals on thirteen shots with Bria Taylor adding one goal on four attempts. Daniel Webster now moves to 1-4 on the year and will return to action September 26th at Southern Vermont. Kickoff will be at 1:00 p.m. 

Pines Manor now falls to 0-7 on the season with their next challenge at home September 27th against Vermont Tech. Kickoff will be at 12:00 p.m.
